Events, Memberships, Third-Party Platforms, and Payments

WGOB uses third-party platforms to manage events, memberships, communications, and registrations. In particular, WGOB uses Glue Up (formerly EventBank) and its affiliated companies to manage events, manage memberships, conduct email campaigns, and facilitate event and program administration.

When you register for events, purchase tickets, or pay for memberships or other services through WGOB processes powered by Glue Up, payments may be processed by Stripe (as a payment processor) through Glue Up. WGOB does not receive or store full payment card numbers; payment details are handled by the relevant payment processor/platform.

Your use of third-party services (including Glue Up and Stripe) may be subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy practices.

Linking to Other Websites

It is our goal to provide increased value to our members and visitors. For your convenience, the Website may offer links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties not affiliated with WGOB.

Such linked websites are independent from WGOB and WGOB has no control over the content of such websites. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
