Women Get On Board events aim to empower women on their journey to corporate boards and to help prepare executives to become board-ready. Our events also provide good networking opportunities to connect with our WGOB community of engaged women and men that are committed to advancing gender diversity in the boardroom.
Events are complimentary for members (a membership benefit) and complimentary for guests of our National Strategic Partners who host our events. Use the member discount codes that are provided to our members and our partners.
Non-members are welcome to join us at events for a nominal fee.

Call for Nominations
New in 2020, BMO and Women Get On Board will be recognizing one women at each event who excels in and out of the boardroom – BMO Celebrating Women On Boards!
This award will recognize one honouree in each of the five cities where BMO hosts events with Women Get On Board (WGOB) in 2020: Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Halifax & Ottawa. Nominees will be evaluated based on their breadth and depth of governance leadership as outlined in the award guidelines. The selection committee welcomes nominations for women who are leading and serving as directors on public and private companies, not-for-profit organizations and public sector boards.
