Getting Board Ready
Delivered in collaboration with LHH Knightsbridge, this unique online program offers practical insights that empower women beyond governance education to accelerate the inclusion and effectiveness of female talent on boards across Canada.
Getting Board Ready (GBR) program is designed to empower women on their journey to land their first corporate Board seat. GBR offers practical and actionable insights in a combination of micro-learning, virtually facilitated discussion by experts, practical homework, and hands-on support.
Online Format: A cohort-based program, registration includes all six (6) modules virtually facilitated with peer coaching/interactive working sessions each 2 hours with inter-session homework.
