WGOB Summit Speaker Form

Dear Speaker,

Thank you for graciously agreeing to speak at our inaugural WGOB Summit Vancouver on: ‘The Future of the Boardroom Now!’ The event will take place on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, from 12:00-7:00 pm PST at The Vancouver Club in Vancouver, BC.

We are delighted to have you take part in our inaugural WGOB Summit Vancouver, as we are sure your presence will be of great value to those in attendance.

As next steps, your Speaker Agreement will be sent via Docusign. Please execute the agreement as soon as possible. WGOB will need the following information from you. Please complete the form below at your earliest convenience.

• Short biography (1-2 paragraphs in Word or .PDF file) and a full-colour headshot (in .JPEG or .PNG) of yourself to be included in WGOB Summit marketing materials.

• Contact information (phone and email address)

• Any Professional Designations and your official job title

• If you are the session lead, please provide your topic title and description 

We encourage you to invite attendees to purchase a discounted ticket within your network. Use this Friends & Colleagues discount link for %15 off (the discount is already applied). Closer to date, you will be sent additional marketing materials to promote the event and your participation. Speakers will be registered by the WGOB team for the Summit upon completion of this form. Speakers will be seated at the Speaker table at the event. 

For your session, WGOB will be scheduling a call in early September. All speakers in the session must attend. The purpose of this call is for all speakers to be briefed on logistics for their sessions, to agree on the order of presentation, materials, flow, and structure and any other details. WGOB will be in contact to arrange the date and time for your group call. If you are speaking on a panel, we highly encourage that you also have a prep call with your fellow panelists to determine your respective contributions.
