WGOB Mentorship Program

In the WGOB community and beyond, we’ve witnessed how mentorship has the power to advance gender diversity in the boardroom and affect meaningful, real-world change. That’s why we launched the WGOB Mentorship Program in 2021 to promote women leaders and accelerate their corporate board journeys.

The WGOB Mentorship Program matches aspiring women corporate directors (mentees) with accomplished leading and serving women corporate directors (mentors) to elevate their board effectiveness and advance their journey to a corporate board seat. Through guided mentoring, peer-to-peer networking and key learnings drawn from Deborah Rosati’s 2021 e-book How to Get Yourself On a Board, the program empowers women to take the next step in their board journey.

Format

A cohort-based program, registration includes six virtually facilitated modules with coaching and interactive working sessions. Each module is two hours and includes inter-session homework.
